We can apply a non-permanent adhesive label to the card containing for example the same barcode as on the card. This label can then be easily removed from the card and reapplied for example to a customer form:

• We offer multiple sizes of non-permanent labels

• Labels can be personalized with barcode, number or any other data

• RFID/NFC chips can be added to labels

• The card together with customer form is received by client at merchant's store, where staff scans the barcode from card (or chip UID), creating a "blank" client card in merchant's system

• After transferring label from card to corresponding place on customer form and filling personal details, client keeps the card (now without label) and submits the form to merchant staff (pharmacy etc.)

• Merchant's central data department scans form barcode to locate "blank" client card in database and fills all form details

• This eliminates need for store staff to handle complete customer registration

Together with cards, we can also produce gift packaging according to your requirements (package type, paper grade, specific dimensions, graphics):

• You can insert cards into gift packaging or attach them using special, easily removable gel "tack"

• Alternatively, cards can be placed into a special pocket inside the packaging

• This can be done:

  • During card issuance (e.g., simultaneously with card personalization using a special printer or after printing a dedication on the gift packaging) – we can supply the packaging and cards with pre-applied gel tack

  • Directly during production – we can glue or insert cards into packaging before delivery for immediate distribution to your customers

Possible output sets:

• A4 or A5 leaflet as a customer form + attached card (both with identical barcode)

• Personalized A4 letter + attached card (both with matching barcode/number/recipient name), inserted into an envelope with transparent address window

• Any standard printed material (on various paper types) + attached card with your specified personalization linkage

• We can handle full processing (including mailing to recipients) or prepare sorted batches per your instructions

Example workflow:

1. Client receives an envelope containing printed material (e.g., a form with attached card)

2. Client peels off and keeps the card, then fills out the form with required personal details

3. Completed form is mailed directly to your central data center, where staff:

   • Scans the form barcode to create a new customer card in the database

   • Inputs all form details

4. This eliminates in-store staff involvement in full registration
