E-shop prices are listed individually for each item and are typically quantity-dependent (see price tables in item details)
Custom-made product prices are fully individualized, depending on both order quantity and required technologies (personalization/design elements, chip types, special technical requirements, etc.)

Delivery Terms - Shipping

E-shop products marked "Availability: In Stock" ship typically the next business day unless otherwise agreed. Items with different availability status ship per the stated timeline or as mutually agreed.
Lead time for custom products depends on quantity, technologies used, and material/tool availability. Typically 14-24 business days. Express production available for surcharge:
- 10-12 business days: +20% of base price
- 8 business days: +30% of base price
Shipping carriers: DPD, PPL, Czech Post, Geis
Standard delivery:
• Next business day (Czech Republic)
• 2-3 business days (EU countries)

Repair of the claimed product (paid)	550 - 1.100 Eur/ hour (according to the complexity)
Transport, travel expenses for technician's trip	15 Eur/ km
Time spent on the road (over 40 km from Rýmařov)	250 Eur/ hod

Preferred Payment Methods

First 5-10 orders:

Proforma invoice - 100% prepayment
Advance invoice - min. 50% prepayment of total order value (incl. VAT) + remainder upon delivery (cash/COD)

Subsequent orders (after successful first 5-10 payments):

Invoice - 10-day payment term
Other methods - by individual agreement
